Shipping & RETURN POLICY.

SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment via USPS Priority Mail (Priority Mail usually delivers within 2-4 business days once the package is in their possession) or UPS Ground.

Shipping is available worldwide. We charged a flat $35 fee for all international shipments outside of the United States. We reserve the right to ship via the carrier of our choice. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments, and may ship via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL. Other shipping options are available upon request.

We provide tracking for all of our packages but we do not guarantee that the tracking number will work to the final destination. For international packages, once the package leaves the United States it is up to the arrival country's mail service to continue tracking the package. Tracking numbers are to be used as a general guide to anticipate delivery date, but occasionally the tracking numbers will not update which may or may not necessarily indicate a problem with the package.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Prices displayed on our website do not reflect taxes or duties.

USA: Sales tax will be charged only on orders shipped to Missouri addresses. 

International: The receiver of the package outside of the United States may be subject to taxes, customs, and import duties by the destination government.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit only. Guevel does not offer refunds under any circumstance. Please consider this when placing your initial order.

Returns must arrive back to Guevel within 21 days of when the items were shipped to the recipient. To return any item you must contact Guevel within 7 days of receiving the shipment for return authorization.

Items returned to Guevel must have their original tags and must be free of wear, wash, damage, odor, or any other condition that would prevent them from being sold as new.

Items sold at discount are final sale and are not subject to return. Items ordered by special request, such as pre-orders or items not regularly carried by Guevel are not subject to return. 

Guevel is not responsible for return shipping on items that were purchased through the online store that are being exchanged for another size or for store credit. Only the initial shipping is free of charge, any shipping charges in the process of an exchange or return for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.

Any order which has been submitted which is being cancelled before it's been shipped incurs a non-refundable 5% restocking fee — this is to compensate for the non-refundable processing fee we are charged for all credit card orders which are submitted in our web store. Orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

If your return request has been approved, please mail the item(s) back to the following address via a trackable shipping option of your choice. Customer accepts all responsibility for return shipments that do not make it back to Guevel.

Returns on orders that have qualified for free shipping will be refunded less our $10 flat rate shipping fee.
